I Have Not Received An e-Service Update!
We understand that when things go wrong it can be very frustrating and it is important to keep you up-to-date on all developments.
The e-Service system notifies your customer service representative if your case falls overdue. In certain circumstances when we are waiting for information back from one of our suppliers there maybe a short delay in getting back to you whilst we wait for the information to solve your query.
If you feel that you have not been informed about your cases status for a while and would like an update then we recommend that you reply to a "system email" sent from your customer service representative.
This will be from info@IT247.com and in the subject line will reference your case number.
Reply to any of these email messages will immediately notify your customer service representative so they can review the case. Alternatively, click the button below and we will investigate your case and arrange for your customer service representative to get back to you.
